Located on the waterfront of the Dumbo art district in Brooklyn, RABBITHOLE was a contemporary art space from 2005 through 2016.

Founded in 2005 by Shawn Lyons, it provided a platform for hundreds of artists, writers, musicians, and performers. The gallery exhibited works by emerging and mid-career artists, presenting over 200 group and solo shows as a participant gallery in Dumbo's First Thursday series of art walks.

The space operated as a project room, providing artists a forum for showing new works and works-in-progress, and hosted a series of special events, from movie screenings, readings, and yoga classes. Rabbithole was also home to a creative education program for adults, Brooklyn Central,  an art school for all kids of all ages, Creatively Wild Art Studio,  a massage therapy studio, NYC Massage and Healing, and six artist’s studios.
