1997-1999, The Hole.

 

In 1997, I dug a hole on a cliffside in Lands End, San Francisco. I lived there for a year and a half, otherwise living a normal work-a-day life in the city. After 1999 I lived in The Hole intermittently until 2002 when I moved to New York City.
